Xiaomi Launches Mi TV 4A 32-inch and 43-inch, Price Starts At Rs.13,999

Xiaomi recently took the crown from Samsung as India’s top smartphone brand, however, its look like they got bigger plans. This time Xiaomi is targetting the Indian television market. If you recall last month the company launched 55-inch Mi TV 4 in India at Rs. 39,999. Now, the company launched Mi TV 4A Series in India With 32-Inch and 43-Inch Models. With this new series, Xiaomi is offering more affordable options to customers. In addition, both models are smart TVs and feature specially optimized PatchWall UI for the Indian market.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4A Series Price and Availability:

As we have mentioned earlier, there are two variants 43-inch and 32-inch. The 43-inch Xiaomi Mi TV 4A priced in India at Rs. 22,999, while the 32-inch Xiaomi Mi TV 4A priced in India at much lower Rs. 13,999. Now if you compare the pricing with other brands, the 32-inch models start around Rs 25,000 and the 43-inch models start at over Rs 38,000. Clearly, Xiaomi is the clear winner in terms of value for money. Both models will go on sale from Tuesday, March 13, via Mi.com, Flipkart, and Mi Home stores. Xiaomi is also offering Rs 2,200 instant cashback on the purchase of JioFi hotspot device on buying Mi TV 4A. Furthermore, Mi TV 4A also offers over 500,000 hours of content, of which 80 percent is free and there will be support for 15 Indic languages. In addition, there are Content partners like Hotstar, Voot, Voot Kids, Sony Liv, Hungama Play, Zee5, Sun NXT, ALT Balaji, Viu, TVF, and Flickstree.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4A 43-Inch and 32-Inch Specifications:

Firstly, let’s talk about the specs of 43-Inch Mi TV 4A. It sports a full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) display with a 178-degree viewing angle and 60Hz refresh rate. In addition, It is powered by an Amlogic (four Cortex-A53 cores clocked up to 1.5GHz) processor coupled with Mali-450 MP3 GPU. It also sports 1GB RAM, and 8GB of internal storage.Mi TV 4A

Now if you ask about connectivity options, there is Wi-Fi, three HDMI (one ARC) ports, three USB 2.0 ports, one Ethernet port, one AV component port. In addition, one S/PDIF audio port and a 3.5mm headphone jack port is also present. It comes with two 10W speakers and Xiaomi says it can get loud enough and it also offers voice control. There is an 11-button Mi Remote that can be used to control a set-top box along with the TV, using the Mi IR cable which is priced at Rs. 299.Mi TV 4A

Coming to the 32-inch model, it has an HD (1366×768 pixels) display with a 178-degree viewing angle and a refresh rate of 60Hz. In addition, it is also powered by the same processor and comes with the same amount of storage and RAM.  On the connectivity part, there is Wi-Fi, three HDMI (including one ARC) ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one Ethernet port, one AV component port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack port. It also comes with the same DTS-HD support and bears two 10W speakers. Both TVs are powered by Xiaomi’s India specific AI-powered PatchWall UI.

By far looking at the pricing and features we can definitely say, it will be great buying option for Indian consumers. The pricing is extremely competitive and definitely others brands will be facing a new challenge after this.
