Recent reports say that Xiaomi is all set to launch three new products in a special event in China- Xiaomi Redmi Note 6, Mi Notebook and Mi TV. As a pre-launch teaser, Xiaomi had revealed its plan to release two completely different products (belonging to different categories). However, it seems now that they wish to release not two, but three products, all of them completely different from each other.
New Releases
The popular Chinese company will release a new smartphone in its already popular Redmi series. Along with this, they are also planning to release a new laptop and a bezel-less television. The new television is expected to be a part of the Mi TV 4 series and will feature a 65-inch display, and it will not have the plastic space in front of the TV Screen. That essentially means that the whole of the TV front will be the screen. It will also release Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 which is an attraction for all.
Event
Xiaomi has released a teaser stating that the event is to take place on November 6, around 11:30 AM IST. The teaser also shows that the devices Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 will potentially become available on China’s Singles Day, which schedules on November 11 every year. While there is no confirmation whether the event will be live or not, it is possible that it will be available in sites like Youku TV and other Chinese online streaming portals.
Specifications and Features
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 would be a minor upgrade over the previous model. The new phone will feature a new display with a 6 inch full HD display. Previous models of the phone have the power of Snapdragon 636, but this year, the new models will drive by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 or 710 chipset. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 will start with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage in total. The camera specifications are quite impressive with an 8-megapixel selfie camera and dual rear cameras. It would also feature a USB Type C port, a fingerprint sensor and a 4000mAh battery.
