Huawei all set to launch its latest P40 flagship smartphones series next month, Huawei P40, Huawei P40 Pro and Huawei P40 Premium edition. There is one lite variant of the series, called Huawei P40 Lite. The Huawei’s P40 Lite already launched officially by the company. The P40 is a mid-range smartphone and rebranded version of the Chinese Huawei Nova 6 SE. The phone is also known as Huawei Nova 7i in other markets.
Huawei P40 Lite Specifications and Features
Huawei P40 Lite features a 6.4-inch IPS display panel that supports 1080 x 2310 pixels of resolution. It comes with a punch hole at the upper left corner of the screen for the selfie camera. The phone offers 90.6 percent screen to body ratio. The body dimensions of the P40 Lite smartphone are 159.2 x 76.3 x 8.7 mm and weighs 183 grams.
Huawei’s P40 Lite smartphone powered by Octa-Core CPU along with Huawei’s Kirin 810 chipset under the hood. It runs on a pre-installed Android 10 operating system out of the box along with EMUI 10 running on top. There is 6 GB RAM available on boar along with 128 GB storage option. You can also expand the storage of the phone. However, p40 comes without Google Mobile Services (GMS).
The P40 Lite smartphone featured with a quad-camera setup at the upper left corner of the rear panel along with LED flash sits below. The configurations of the rear camera sensors are 48-megapixel main camera sensors with f/1.8 aperture, 8-megapixel camera sensor with a 120-degree wide-angle and f/2.4 aperture, 2-megapixel macro camera sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 2-megapixel depth camera sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front side, there is a 16-megapixel camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Huawei P40 Lite packed with 4200 mAh capacity battery inside the body. It supports a 40W super-fast charging feature that allows phones charged up to 70 percent in just 30 minutes. The phone also comes with a fingerprint scanner mounted on the left side. It also comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack port, dual SIM support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, USB-C, and more connectivity features.
Huawei P40 Lite Price and Availability
The Huawei’s P40 Lite smartphone is available at €299 (around $325) price tag. The company launched the Sakura Pink, Midnight Black and Crush Green color variants of the P40 smartphone. The phone available for pre-order from March 2nd in European markets and shipments starts from March 7th.
