Finally, Huawei launched its long-awaited P40 series smartphones. There is a Huawei P40 basic model, Huawei P40 Pro and special Huawei P40 Pro Plus top model. The P40 Pro Plus smartphone comes with an amazing camera with cutting edge RYYB camera technology.
Huawei P40 Pro Plus
Huawei P40 Pro Plus comes with a premium ceramic body and will available in Ceramic Black and Ceramic White. The phone certified with an IP68 certificate which makes it dust and water-resistant. The P40 Pro Plus featured with a curved 6.58-inch OLED display panel that supports 1200 x 2640 pixels of resolution and offers a 19.8:9 aspect ratio. The screen of the phone also supports the 90Hz refresh rate.
The P40 Pro Plus has two punch-hole selfie camera in the display. There is an also inbuilt fingerprint scanner in the screen which is now 30% larger and 30% faster as well. Huawei’s P40 Pro Plus comes with a Penta cameras setup in on the backside along with LED flash. The configurations of the rear cameras of the phone are a 50-megapixel main camera with RYYB technology, f/1.9 aperture, and OIS, 40-megapixel ultrawide camera with f/1.8 aperture, 8-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture, 10x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom, 8-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture and last ToF camera sensor. With such high optical zoom support, the phone becomes the world’s first this kind of smartphone.
For the selfies, there is a dual selfie camera present on the front side of the phone, 32-megapixel main camera and secondary IR depth sensor. The front camera of the P40 Pro Plus comes with AutoFocus and capable to record 4K selfie videos. The p40 Pro Plus comes with pre-installed EMUI 10.1 out of the box which based on Android 10. It powered by a Non-removable Li-Po 4200 mAh battery with a 40W fast charging feature. The phone also comes with the world’s fastest 40W wireless charging feature and also supports the 27W reverse wireless charging feature.
Huawei’s P40 Pro plus has Octa-Core CPU on board along with HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G (7 nm+) chipset. The chipset comes with the new NPU technology that makes the phone 460% faster in performance. It also comes with a 4-layer VC Liquid cooling system. The phone has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage and 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB internal storage variants. The p40 Pro Plus supports UFS 3.0 storage technology and comes with a micro SD card slot too.
Huawei P40 Pro Plus will available in June 2020.
