A few days ago, Huawei launched its P40 flagship series globally. Now the company launched the mid-range smartphone under its sub-brand, called Huawei Honor 30s in China. The Honor 30S featured with Huawei’s 820 chipset and 5G network connectivity. The features with some amazing features and specs.
Huawei Honor 30S comes with the same design as its predecessor. It comes with the premium glass on the back, rounded corners with aluminum frame. The Honor 30S featured with a fingerprint scanner and placed on the side. The successor of the Honor 20S comes with the quad-camera sensors along with LED flash. This will be available in Black, Blue, Green, and new Feather Red gradient color options.
Huawei Honor 30S comes with a 6.5-inch LTPS LCD display panel that supports 2400 x 1080 pixels of resolution and offers a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone featured with punch hole selfie camera at the top left corner and it also supports HDR10. The Huawei 30S powered by Octa-Core CPU under the hood along with Mali G576 GPU for image processes. The 1 Cortex A55 core clocked at 2.3 GHz, 3 Cortex A76 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and 4 Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. On the board, the phone has the company’s new 7nm Kirin 820 chipset.
About Huawei Honor 30S
Huawei’s Honor 30S has LPDDR4X 8 GB of RAM along with UFS 2.1 tech 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage variants. The phone supports 5G connectivity, NSA dual-mode, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5 mm audio jack port and more connectivity features. However, there is no NFC and IR feature. The phone runs on the Android 10 operating system out of the box along with Magic UI 3.1.1 running on top. It packed with 4000 mAh capacity battery inside the body and supports 40W fast charging features.
The Huawei 30S featured with four cameras on the back panel. The configurations of the rear cameras are a 64-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture, 8-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture with 3x optical zoom, 20x digital zoom and 5x hybrid zoom, 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and 2-megapixel macro camera. However, there is no OIS feature in the rear camera sensors but has AIS and EIS for stabilization. It supports 4K video recording and 720p quality slow-motion video at 960fps. On the front side, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
Huawei Honor 30S Price and Availability
The 8 GB RAM and 128 GB honor the 30S will available at CNY 2,399 ($338) and 256 GB storage model will available at CNY 2,699 (380) price tag. The phone is already available for pre-order in China and available for sale from 7th April.
