A Chinese smartphone company, Vivo launched its latest mid-range smartphone in China, called Vivo S6 5G. The S6 5G comes with dual-mode 5G connectivity, Samsung’s chipset onboard and a massive battery. The phone also has a great camera other trending features for people of China.
Vivo S6 5G smartphone comes with a 3D curved design. The phone comes with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display panel that supports 2400 x 1080 pixels of resolution and offers a 20:9 aspect ratio. The S6 G5 features a waterdrop notch design that carries a selfie camera. It also has an under-screen fingerprint scanner. It powered by Octa-Core CPU under the hood along with Samsung’s Exynos 980 (8 nm) chipset. There is a Mali-G76 MP5 GPU for image processing.
The Vivo S6 5G has LPDDR4X 8GB of RAM along with 128 GB and 256 GB internal storage options. Vivo S6 5G runs on the Android 10 operating system out of the box along with Funtouch OS 10 running on top. It packed with a 4500 mAh capacity battery inside and comes with an 18W fast charger. The S6 5G featured with multi-Turbo technology such as AI Turbo, Game Turbo, CPU Turbo, Cooling Turbo, Net Turbo, and ART++ Turbo.
Vivo’s S6 5G features a quad camera sensors setup on the backside along with LED flash. On the backside, there are 48-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera 2-megapixel macro camera, and 2-megapixel depth camera. The rear camera of the phone able to record videos at 4K quality. On the front side, there is a 32-megapixel camera for selfies with f/2.08 aperture. For better selfies on the nights, the phone comes with a new Super-Clear night view selfie mode. The Vivo S6 5G comes with a 3.5-mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and more connectivities.
Vivo S6 5G Price and Availability
The company launched two memory variants of the phone. The Vivo S6 5G 128 Gb internal storage model available at 2698 yuan ($381) price tag and 256 GB internal storage model available at 2998 Yuan ($423) price tag. The phone will go on sale from April 3rd in China.
