Expected iPhone 13 Features

Touch ID

An in-display Touch ID won’t be a prominent feature of the iPhone 13 statement by Mark Gurman says  “while Apple had tested in-screen Touch ID for the next flagship iPhones, it won’t make the cut this year. Apple is all-in on Face ID for its higher-end iPhones and its long-term goal is to implement Face ID in the display itself.”

So we could surely expect improved Face ID but touch ID is speculated not to be a feature of this new launch.

Colors

This segment will amaze you for sure, as per authentic rumors iPhone 13 will be available in four different colors i.e. black, silver, rose gold, and sunset gold. Whereas iPhone 13 Pro will come with a new color edition which includes Matte Black and Bronze.

Some rumors tip for pink color as well but that has no solid proof as of now.

Display

Talking of display iPhone 13 series is expected to have a high refresh rate of 120Hz whereas the display size will range from 6.1-inch to 6.7-inch.

The screen of the upcoming iPhone 13 series will be supported by an LTPO panel which will be created by Samsung.

Expected Specifications

iPhone 13 series will be updated with an A15 Bionic chip which is surely an up-gradation from the A14 Bionic chip previously used in iPhone 12. Talking of Wifi it is expected to be supported with Wifi 6E.

A report from Digitimes reflected the infusion of Liquid crystal polymer circuit boards to the iPhone for imaging purposes and that will surely offer massive data transmission at a faster rate.

This feature is always in the limelight when one decides to purchase a new brand smartphone, similar is with this iPhone 13 series as well.

iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are expected to come up with 6 ultrawide angles. Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman says a new feature of Cinematic video will be offered in this new iPhone 13 series. Adding to this he says:

“A new ProRes video-recording feature will let iPhone users capture clips in a higher-quality format that gives editors more control during post-production.

The format is used by professional video editors in the film industry and isn’t normally intended for the mass market in part because of its large file sizes. ProRes will record in either HD and 4K resolutions on the next iPhones.

The ProRes feature would follow last year’s addition of ProRAW, a higher-quality still photo file format that gives professional editors more control. Like with ProRAW, the ProRes video recording may be exclusive to the pricier Pro models.“

Hence we expect a new ProRes video recording feature soon to hit the iPhone 13 camera.

Adding further he says:

“Another feature will let users better control the look of colors and highlights in their pictures. Users will be able to choose from several styles to apply to their photos, including one for showing colors at either a warmer or cooler temperature while keeping whites neutral. Another option will add a more dramatic look with deeper shadows and more contrast, and the company is planning a more balanced style for showing shadows and true-to-life colors with a brighter appearance.

The feature will differ from standard filters, available in the iPhone’s Camera app since 2013, by precisely applying changes to objects and people across the photos using artificial intelligence, rather than applying a single filter across the entire picture.”

Stronger MagSafe

This newly launched lineup from the house of Apple is expected to have improvised Magnetic connections which would allow an error-free dependency on it
