Lenovo dropping Vibe UI and will be switching to stock Android experience the company made an official announcement.
The first smartphone that will benefit from this decision will be the upcoming Lenovo K8. Lenovo said that they’ll no longer use Vibe UI and also confirmed that all smartphones launched this year under the ‘K series’ branding will receive Android O update.
Motorola started the trend in a market like India where consumers look for the latest software in their smartphones. Well, Lenovo will also follow it and from now on we can expect to have frequent Android updates on Lenovo devices.
