Honor V10 launched with 10 nm Kirin 970 SoC with AI capabilities

Huawei’s subbrand Honor finally unveiled its flagship Honor V10 at an event in China. The new Honor V10 comes with the top-end HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC which was seen earlier in Huawei’s flagship the Huawei Mate 10. Other highlights of the Honor V10 include dual rear cameras and a bezel-less 5.99-inch FullView display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Following the trend of 2017, the Honor V10 has a flagship-grade specification and features. So let’s have a quick look at the spec sheet of V10.

Honor V10 Keynotes:

Kirin 970, the OEM’s new flagship SoC that has built-in AI computing capabilities. It is 10nm process with 4 x 2.4 GHz A73+ 4 x 1.8 GHz A53 cores. also, it has a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that means CPU+GPU+NPU=Kirin 970

The rear camera setup on the smartphone sports two sensors: a 16MP RGB sensor along with 20MP monochrome sensor with AI engine. It offers Real-Time Scene and Object Recognition functionality, automatically choosing the perfect camera settings for any environment or focal point. The 13MP front-facing camera comes with A.I selfie portraits and face unlock.

V10 available colors: Beach Gold, Aurora Blue, Charm Red and Night Black.

The Honor V10 is priced at 2699 yuan (US$ 409 / Rs. 26,350 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 2999 yuan (US$ 455 / Rs. 29,280 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with the 64GB storage option. The top-tier 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant priced at 3499 yuan (US$ 530 / Rs. 34,165 approx.)

The v10 is available to pre-order from Vmall.com, JD.com, Tmall.com, Suning.com, and Gome.com, and will go on sale from December 5.
