Main Article: Tuesday at an event in China, Honor the sub-brand of Huawei launched the new Honor Note 10. This new smartphone from Honor comes with top of the line specifications and comes with massive AMOLED display. The Honor Note 10 has HDR10 support along with AI image quality enhancement that promises a 20% increase in quality. In addition, it also comes with dual speakers and Dolby Atmos audio experience. It uses ‘THE NINE’ liquid cooling technology which offers 8-layers of heat dissipation. The outer heat dissipation layer has a PC-grade liquid cooling pipe that promises a 41% increase in heat dissipation and CPU temperature reduction of up to 10° C. Furthermore, there are features like CPU Turbo, GPU Turbo and Double Turbo mode with a dedicated hardware button.

The new Honor 10 comes with a massive 6.95-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with HDR10 support. Both sides of the phone are covered by 2.5D curved glass. Alongside the massive display, it is also backed by a massive 5000mah battery which is quite rare when it comes to flagship devices. It also comes with the support for 5V/4.5A super fast charging technology. Honor Note 10 is powered by the company’s top of the line HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC. It also comes with the company’s GPU Turbo technology which is said to boost the GPU performance by 60%. In addition, Honor also introduced anew technology called CPU Turbo with Honor Note 10. It basically cleans up the background apps and increases the clock speed of CPU while gaming. The Note 10 also got Double Turbo mode with a dedicated hardware button to offer ultimate performance.

Honor Note 10 boots Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.2 and comes with 6GB and 8GB RAM options. Furthermore, it also sports a dual rear camera setup which is a 16MP primary camera along with a 24MP secondary monochrome shooter with AI scene recognition. It also got a 13MP sensor at the front which offers AI modes along with Face Unlock.

The Note 10 will be available in two colors- Midnight Black and Phantom Blue. The 6GB+64GB variant priced at 2799 Yuan (approx. Rs 29,100). While the 6GB+128GB priced at 3199 Yuan (approx. Rs 33,400) and 8GB+128GB model priced at 3599 Yuan (approx. Rs 37,500). It will go on sale in China from 3rd August and it is now up for pre-orders.
