The newest Oppo smartphone, the Oppo F11 pro is all set to release in India on the 5th of March. Oppo is rumored to host the launch event in Mumbai. Whatever is known about the smartphone is either from the teaser video that Oppo has released or has been leaked.
Oppo has been teasing the new smartphone for the past few days and from there we learn that this model will provide better low light portrait photography. Also, according to the company, the highlight of this model will be its 48-MP rear camera.
The Oppo F11 pro is said to come with Colour OS 6 and Android 9.1. Since the phone has a 48-MP camera, it is being circulated that it might come with Helio P70 processor which supports such a heavy camera and also provides better AI technology than Snapdragon’s flagship processor.
The phone is tipped to come with 6GB RAM and either 64GB or 128GB internal storage. The battery is said to be around 4000mAh. Its high-speed RAM and powerful battery makes for a great gaming device. Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou.
Maintaining its legacy of sporting a drool-worthy camera, this model has an improved Night Mode which, coupled with AI, will give extravagantly good pictures. The most highlighting specification of this particular model, according to Oppo, is its 48-MP (f/1.79 aperture) rear camera. Along with it, there’s also a 5-MP (f/2.4 aperture) camera for depth effect and an LED flash. Apart from all this, Oppo follows in the footsteps of VIVO by bringing in a pop-up selfie camera which is rumoured to be of 16-MP (f/2.0 aperture).
The Oppo F11 pro is expected to have a 6.5-inch FHD (1080×2340 pixels) LTPS LCD display and a punch hole design. The model flaunts a 90.9% screen-to-body ratio. It will be available in four shades-Dark Red, Violet, Thunder Black, and Aurora Green.
The smartphone has been teased adequately before the release, and a lot more information has been leaked. Of the few things that we’re sure of, aside from the low light photography, the 48-MP camera and the pop-up selfie camera, the model will also sport VOOC 3.0 fast charging support. It will enable to charge up to 40% in 10 minutes and up to 100% in 50. Furthermore, there will also be a rear fingerprint sensor and 3D gradient casing making it not only a highly functional phone but also a very handsome one.
Finally, as is expected, the price of the phone will be similar to the recent VIVO model. It is expected to be priced around 28,000 INR. The price, coupled with all the mind-blowing specifications, makes this a very pocket-friendly gadget indeed.
