In this season of smartphones, finally, Motorola also decided to launch its latest smartphone. On Wednesday, Motorola unveiled the Motorola One Vision at an even in Brazil. With this new smartphone, Motorola seems to be adapting the new trends of the smartphone industry. Motorola One Vision comes with some significant features that are worth mentioning. Moto is now using a punch-hole display and surprisingly Samsung’s Exynos processor as well. While the first one is no surprise, the use of Exynos processor is unprecedented for a non-Samsung device. So without wasting any time let’s jump to the specifications of One Vision.
It is Motorola’s very first device which features a Punch-hole display. It comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ (1080×2520 pixels) IPS LCD display with 21:9 CinemaVision aspect ratio. The glass back comes with a 4D glossy gradient finish. Both front and back are protected by gorilla glass. It measures at 160.1×71.2×8.7mm and weighs 181 grams. Notably, the rear fingerprint sensor is under the Motorola logo.
Motorola One Vision is powered by Samsung’ 2.2GHz Exynos 9609 octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G72 MP3. It comes with only 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be expanded via microSD but no dedicated slot is present. As the name suggests, Motorola One is an Android One device that runs Android Pie. Therefore, it will receive software and security updates for three years.
On the camera part, it sports a 48MP main shooter with f/1.7 aperture coupled with 5MP depth camera with f/2.2 aperture. Camera features include- dual-LED flash, OIS, 8x digital zoom, portrait mode, manual mode, cinemagraph, panorama, active display mode, Auto HDR and Nightvision. On the front, it packs a 25MP sensor with f/2.0
Motorola Vision is backed by a 3500mah battery with Turbo Charging support. Other features include- Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth v5, USB Type-C, Dual Microphone, 3.5mm audio jack, NFC, GPS, AGPS, GLONASS. All sensors are present in the device as well.
One Vision will be available in two colors- Sapphire Blue and Brown color. It is priced at EUR 299 (roughly Rs. 23,500) and will be available in Saudi Arabia and Thailand from May 17. In Brazil, it is already available for BRL 1,999 (roughly Rs. 35,000). Eventually, it will be available in Asia, Latin America, Middle East, and Australia in the coming months.
