PUBG Mobile is Now Available For Android and iOS Devices

A few days back, PUBG Mobile got a soft launch on Android platform in Canada and it is now looking to expand in more regions. Players Unknown’s Battlegrounds is now available on both Android and iOS in India, the US and more countries. Players Unknown’s Battlegrounds is more popular among gamers as pub-gee. The Pc version of this multiplayer online battle royale game developed and published by PUBG Corporation, a subsidiary of Korean publisher Bluehole. For the mobile version, Tencent Games took the charge. In addition, Tencent Games also worked on localizing for its China release.

Tencent’s PUBG Mobile will recreate the 100-player battle-royale experience already available for Windows PC and Xbox One. In addition, PUBG Mobile runs on Unreal Engine 4. Additional mobile optimizations include the option to auto-pickup items, aim assist and a variety of on-screen controls, including steering and pedals for driving. Furthermore, there is also in-game voice chat support so that you can chat with friends. In addition, PUBG Mobile is a free-to-play game and it is rated 17-plus. The size of the game is nearly 900MB and here are the requirements. Tencent recommends using a device running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop or later with at least 2 GB RAM. Furthermore, The Android version supports more than 500 different Android devices. Whereas, PUBG Mobile requires iOS 9.0 or later and an iPhone 6 or above is recommended.

The original version of the game is widely popular and there are over 2.5 million daily active players. It seems like the developers don’t want to miss this opportunity to expand more.
