The Nokia 7.1 was launched in India just yesterday for a price of ₹19,999. However, HMD Global is not interested to stop launching devices yet. They have started sending out press invites for another launch event taking place on December 10th in New Delhi. Looking at the ‘Expect more’ teasers it looks like the company is finally going to launch the Nokia 8.1 in India. Earlier the event was scheduled for December 6th but it has been postponed now to December 10th.
The Nokia 8.1 will be the rebranded version of Nokia X7 launched in China a few months ago. The phone comes with decent enough specs and will sell for roughly around ₹23,999. It is also going to be one of the very first phones in India to come with the Snapdragon 710 chipset on board. Other than the Snapdragon 710, the main highlight the 6.16-inch display with support for HDR 10 and the beautiful glass-metal design.
