Huawei Honor 8 Pro launched in India at the price of Rs. 29,999 and it will exclusively available on Amazon India, and its first sale for Amazon Prime members will begin at 6 p.m on July 10 and open sales will begin from 12 am on July 13.

- Body and Display– This is a sleek looking device with only 7 mm thickness.now if we talk about the display which is a 5.7 inch Quad Hd (1440 x 2560 pixels (~515 PPI pixel density)) IPS LCD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
- Hardware and OS– Te Honor 8 Pro comes with Android 7.0 with Emotion UI 5.1 on top which is powered by the latest HiSilicon Kirin 960 which is an octa-core (4×2.4 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53)CPU based on 16 Nm technology coupled with the latest Mali-G71 MP8.
- Memory– The Honor 8 Pro comes with 128GB of built-in storage which is further expandable via microSD card and with 6 GB of ram.The company says this 128GB variant is meant specifically for the Indian market.
- Camera- The Main USP of this device. Honor 8 Pro comes with a dual rear camera of two 12-megapixel sensors with f/2.2 aperture, laser autofocus, and phase detection, Dual LED flash and 4K video.At the front, we have 8 MP with f 2.0 with a 77-degree wide-angle lens.the primary camera comes with a monochromes sensor and can also produce iPhone like portrait photos.the camera has a lot of customization options as well.
- Battery- It comes with a massive 4000mah which are pretty impressive for a sleek looking device.
- NOTE** the box of this device can also act as a VR headset. that is something interesting we have noticed this device comes with a USB type c and a fast charger but sadly headphones will not be provided.
VERDICT- This phone is overall a balanced phone and with this price point Honor 8 Pro will be a great choice and it will give some tough competition to lower version of one plus 5.
