Flipkart Plus
Flipkart Plus is an India-first program that is the result of years of rigorous data analysis, and Flipkart’s deep understanding of customer preferences. It is basically a loyalty-based customer programme for regular customers of Flipkart. In contrast, this is Flipkart’s second attempt at a loyalty programme as earlier it was experimented with ‘Flipkart First’ in 2014. Flipkart First didn’t get much attention and exposure so eventually, the company ended the programme.
